DG Interpretation bursaries

The DG Interpretation bursaries provide a financial contribution to students accepted for full-time postgraduate conference interpreting training at recognised universities. They are available to nationals of EU Member States or candidate countries who already hold a university degree or are in the final year of a degree program, and who meet language profile requirements and have paid the enrolment fee for the 2025/2026 academic year. The bursary amount is EUR 3,000 and applicants must submit a completed application form along with supporting documents.

Be a national of an EU Member State or a candidate country; Already have a university degree or be in the final year of a course leading to a university degree; Need/have paid the 2025/2026 enrolment fee for their course; Have the language profile of your enrolment as stated in the bursary application.

Fill out the application form for 2025/2026 and upload the required documents (passport/ID, CV, motivation letter, university information form, signed legal entity form).
