Enter! Call for applications: Local Authorities 2023

The Council of Europe invites local authorities or their partners in one of its 46 member states to apply for financial support under the Enter! programme. The support aims to help implement activities that promote access to social rights for young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods, including capacity-building, policy development advice, networking, and peer-learning. The proposed measures should be implemented between 15 September and 30 November 2023.

Sharing expertise and experience; institutional and educational support; capacity-building activities; networking and peer-learning; advice on policy development or reform.

Local authorities or their partners based in one of the 46 Council of Europe member states.
