Digital Citizenship Competition

The Digital Citizenship Competition invites young people to design a poster or produce a short film (1–5 minutes) exploring digital citizenship topics such as privacy, media literacy, and online participation. It aims to spread responsible digital citizenship across Europe and beyond, with entries judged for originality and impact. Prizes include international exhibition of the work, an all-expenses-paid trip to the exhibition opening in Ljubljana, and a certificate with global visibility on Council of Europe platforms.

Open to everyone, nationals or residents of Council of Europe member states, plus the Holy See and Kazakhstan.

Submit a poster (70×100 cm) or a short film (1–5 minutes, MP4) exploring digital citizenship topics; entries must be original and unpublished.
