The program emphasizes governance, leadership and professional skills, with group coaching and peer networking to support participation. It is designed to empower gender-marginalized youth in Canada to pursue leadership roles in governance and social impact.

応募資格
Open to young people in Canada aged 18-29 who are experiencing gender-based discrimination and are passionate about community leadership.
