SEARCA Travel Grants Program

The SEARCA Travel Grants Program provides financial support to qualified professionals, social scientists, researchers, and graduate students to attend scientific conferences, forums, and research events, with funding up to USD 1,200 per selected applicant. The grant supports participation in events physically or via online platforms and prioritizes applicants presenting scientific papers or posters. Selected grantees may receive funding for conference registration, travel, accommodation, meals, and related expenses.

Funding to cover conference-related expenses up to USD 1,200; potential recognition as SEARCA grantee and opportunity to participate in regional knowledge exchange.

Applicants must be nationals of Southeast Asian countries and include researchers, graduate students, agricultural professionals, social scientists, university faculty, or staff of development-oriented institutions who wish to present papers or participate in conferences or development-oriented forums.

Submit an application for the SEARCA Travel Grants; complete required documentation and demonstrate relevance of the conference participation (papers/posters preferred).
