SAB Foundation Tholoana Enterprise Programme 2025

The Tholoana Enterprise Programme supports entrepreneurs to become successful and resilient business owners through extensive entrepreneurial skills development, mentorship and access to markets, finance and practical business tools and templates. It is a structured, two-year business support programme with seed funding and assistance with access to markets, aiming to help rural and disadvantaged businesses grow and create jobs.

Leadership development and practical skills training; mentoring and coaching; access to resources in legislation, market access, finance and media relations; online information sessions; market readiness interventions; a peer-to-peer network; financial management guidance; and ongoing monitoring and support.

The applicant should be resilient, self-motivated and driven to succeed, be involved in the daily operations and management of the business on a full-time basis, be a South African citizen, and participate fully in the programme over the 18-month period.
