Grand Challenges Canada Investment Committee 2025

The Grand Challenges Canada Investment Committee invites outstanding candidates to join its standing committee of the GCC Board of Directors. IC members review management's investment proposals and determine whether to recommend investments to the Board, with commitments described as grants, loans or equity at the transition-to-scale phase. Members are volunteers and are not compensated for their time, with travel expenses reimbursed according to GCC policies.

Travel reimbursements; involvement in high-level decision-making on investments aimed at life-saving and life-improving innovations.

Applicants should have experience in LMIC contexts, governance knowledge, and subject-matter expertise in humanitarian crisis, global health (including climate and health), or global south business/venture experience.
