ETH Zurich Scholarship 2027

The ETH Zurich Scholarship is a fully funded master’s scholarship program at ETH Zurich, awarding living and study expense support along with a tuition fee waiver. It is open to bright international and national students who have achieved top results in their bachelor’s degree (top 10%). The program offers two scholarship types: Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Program (ESOP) and ETH-D Scholarship, and it covers three or four semesters of study for master’s programs. Applications are submitted via the online master application system (eApply).

Applicants must have a very good bachelor’s result (top 10% of their class) and meet English language requirements.

Submit a separate online master’s application for each degree program via eApply; include a pre-proposal for the master’s thesis and two references if required.
