PSL Tech Seed

PSL Tech Seed is a co‑funding programme for technology start-ups from the Université PSL and the Institut Pasteur ecosystem. Projects are evaluated by independent experts and a selection committee. The scheme aims to accelerate development toward larger fundraising rounds or commercialization.

Cofinancing (convertible bonds €50k–€250k), access to label/recognition, expert evaluation and selection committee review, support leveraging further public and private financing.

Open to PSL and Institut Pasteur start-ups created less than 3 years ago, carrying a high‑technology innovation, having completed (or underway) a first fundraising of at least €25,000 from informed investors in the last 3 months, and accompanied by a Bpifrance‑labelled apporteur d’affaires or laureates of I‑Lab or national PIA innovation competitions.

Start‑ups must be accompanied/labelled by a Bpifrance‑labelled apporteur d'affaires (or be laureates of eligible competitions) and submit a dossier which is evaluated by independent experts and a selection committee.
