Concorso letterario nazionale di poesia Talia

The Concorso letterario nazionale di poesia Talia is a national literary poetry competition run by the Comune di Montemilone. It is open to both established and emerging poets and includes sections for minor participants and for poems in vernacular/dialect. Winners receive commemorative plaques and cash prizes, and there is a special mention for the best poem in dialect/vernacular.

Commemorative plaques for top three (Section A); €1,000 first prize; €300 special mention prize for best dialect/vernacular poem; special mention awards.

Participation is open to all, established or emerging authors, without any nationality limitation; there is a section out of competition for minors.

Submit entries to the Comune di Montemilone by hand at the office protocol, by certified email (PEC) to comunemontemilone@cert.ruparbasilicata.it, or by email to protocollo@comune.montemilone.pz.it as a single PDF, together with the completed and signed participation form and proof of payment.
