Premio Universitario de Divulgación 2026

The Premio Universitario de Divulgación 2026 is a national competition that recognises individuals or groups who have carried out science, engineering and humanities outreach activities for the Mexican public. It is open to Mexican citizens who have conducted continuous and verifiable outreach for at least three years. Awards are given in three categories (Jóvenes; Grupos de Atención Prioritaria; General) with a monetary prize for each category.

Cash prize of MXN 50,000.00 for the first place winner in each of the three categories; recognition and possible dissemination rights (cession of visual rights for non-commercial institutional communication).

Persons with Mexican citizenship (by birth or naturalization) who have carried out public and free dissemination/outreach activities in Mexico continuously and verifiably for at least three years. Specific categories include Jóvenes (15 to 25 years old at publication), Groups of Priority Attention (adults) and General (adults).

Register via the participating universities' websites and complete the Formato Único de Inscripción (FUI); attach required documents including motivation letter (Formato A), a video (up to 3 minutes), photographic and documentary evidence (up to 20 items), supporting letters (Formato C), and other specified forms.
