Pacific Infrastructure Business Opportunities Seminar (PIBOS) 2026

The Pacific Infrastructure Business Opportunities Seminar (PIBOS) is an in-person flagship event bringing international, regional and local contractors, consultants, investors and public-sector representatives together to discuss infrastructure development priorities and business opportunities in the Pacific. The event includes sector-specific sessions, networking, marketplace exchanges with Pacific public sector representatives, and pre-seminar procurement and safeguard masterclasses. A competitive travel-support mechanism is available for eligible SMEs from ADB developing member countries in the Pacific (outside the host country) to attend.

Access to sector briefings, networking with governments and development partners, pre-BOS procurement and safeguard masterclasses; for selected SMEs, reimbursement of economy flight and accommodation costs.

Target participants include construction contractors, consultants, suppliers, investors, relevant government officials, development partner personnel, civil society organisations and other interested businesses or agencies. A dedicated travel-support funding is available on a competitive basis for eligible SMEs based in ADB developing member countries in the Pacific region and outside the host country (Fiji).

Interested participants register through the event registration on the host page; SMEs seeking travel support must complete the application form linked on the event page. Applications for travel support are reviewed on a rolling basis by a selection panel and reviewed within five business days of submission.
