Alaoa Multipurpose Dam Project Early Market Engagement Roadshow

The Alaoa Multipurpose Dam Project Early Market Engagement Roadshow is an event to inform contractors and suppliers about the forthcoming main construction contract for the Alaoa Multipurpose Dam in Samoa. The roadshow will present project, procurement and planning approaches, discuss technical and contractual aspects, and seek market feedback to enhance competition and value for money. It targets international and national construction firms, suppliers and consultants and offers opportunities to engage with the implementing agency and ADB on procurement matters. The event is part of the Pacific Infrastructure Business Opportunities Seminar 2026.

Participants will receive presentations on the proposed project and procurement arrangements, opportunities to discuss technical and contractual aspects, and the chance to engage directly with the implementing agency and ADB and provide feedback; contract information will be presented.

International and national construction firms, suppliers, consultants and contractors are invited to participate.
