IUPAC-Solvay International Award for Young Chemists

The IUPAC-Solvay International Award for Young Chemists recognizes outstanding Ph.D. theses in the chemical sciences. It awards five winners who receive a cash prize and travel expenses to present at the IUPAC World Chemistry Congress. The award also includes opportunities to present a poster and publish a short review related to the winner's research.

Eligible candidates must have received a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in any of the countries that have National Adhering Organizations in IUPAC during the year 2023.

Submit a completed entry form, an English essay (max 1000 words) describing thesis work, and two supporting letters; ensure the application is received by the deadline.
