Industry-oriented Quantum Technology

Industry-oriented Quantum Technology is a Research Council of Norway call for proposals to strengthen industry-relevant R&D in quantum technology. Projects should focus on areas such as quantum sensors, quantum devices, quantum communication, quantum computing, or supporting technologies. Projects must be carried out in collaboration between companies and research organisations and be based on real industry needs that can lead to products, services or processes.

Grant funding for project costs (up to 75 million NOK for companies; up to 16 million NOK for research organisations).

Project Owner must be either an approved research organisation or a company registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises with economic activity in Norway. Norwegian and international companies, research organisations and the public sector may be partners.

Application must be submitted by the Project Owner on behalf of all partners through the Research Council's application system.
