Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship 2027–2029

The Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship is a fully funded two-year Master of Arts in Public Policy offered through a European consortium. Selected students study across two European universities, follow a mobility track, and receive a European Union scholarship comprising a monthly stipend and full tuition coverage. The programme targets international students and emphasizes social-science backgrounds with competitive admission for the scholarship component.

Applicants need at least a three-year bachelor’s degree; social-science backgrounds are preferred; applicants should apply for one mobility track through the central CEU application.

Apply via the CEU central application, choose one mobility track, upload transcripts, prepare a CV, write a 500-word SOP, provide English-language evidence or waivers, and supply referees’ details.
