FrieslandCampina Global Traineeship Program 2026

The FrieslandCampina Global Traineeship Program is a multi-year, structured development programme designed to accelerate the career of fresh graduates by rotating through roles in different business functions, with global exposure and a cohort-based learning approach. It combines on-the-job experience, a virtual learning journey, and leadership development to prepare participants for future leadership roles within the company. The program includes two 18-month assignments in the trainee’s home country and access to a global trainee community.
