European Medicines Agency (EMA) Traineeship Programme 2026

The EMA Traineeship Programme is a ten-month traineeship at the European Medicines Agency's premises in Amsterdam, offering full-time or part-time placements with a development programme, mentoring, and career guidance. It is open to current university students and recent graduates, with opportunities across medicine regulation, life sciences, healthcare, chemistry, information technology, and related fields. Trainees receive a monthly stipend and a travel contribution upon joining the Agency.

Mentor support, learning goals and regular progress review, development programme, opportunity to attend agency meetings and competency development opportunities, and career guidance.

EU/EEA nationals who are recent university graduates or university students (including Masters students) on Erasmus+ or similar programmes, or have completed a previous degree.
