Hector Fellow Academy Doctoral Positions

The Hector Fellow Academy Doctoral Positions are fully funded PhD positions in Germany for early-career researchers. The programme supports research projects in life sciences, engineering and advanced technologies under the supervision of established professors and provides a structured professional development environment. Fellows receive a research budget and support for conference travel and training. Positions may be filled either by proposing an independent research project or by applying to published vacant doctoral posts.

Monthly doctoral salary (TV-L E13 100%), annual research budget of EUR 9,500, conference travel funding, and professional development/training programmes.

Applicants must hold an excellent Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, present an original research project or apply for a published vacant position, and meet the language requirements in English or German as specified by the host project/laboratory.
