Agent de la Relation Client (Centre d’Appels)

The Agent de la Relation Client is responsible for quality interactions with farmers throughout their journey, including onboarding, financial planning, payment follow-up, customer service, and digital adoption. The role may involve working in one of several teams and adapting to seasonal priorities to support myAgro’s mission to improve farmers’ lives.

Secondary school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is an asset; strong proficiency in French; knowledge of local languages is highly desirable; basic computer skills; experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
