Express Civic Activism through the lens

The Civic Activism Photo Contest invites young people aged 18-25 who are residents of Council of Europe member states to express civic activism through photography. Twelve winners will have their photos featured in a high-quality calendar for 2024, and all winners receive a complimentary copy of the calendar; one exceptional photograph will win the Grand Prize and be invited to the closing event on 25-28 March 2024.

Be a resident of one of the Council of Europe member states and be aged 18-25 years old.

Submit one high-resolution photo (JPEG or PNG) with an accompanying caption (max. 50 words) and ensure you have rights to the image.
