United Nations Foundation Next Generation Fellow 2025-2027

Applications are open for the United Nations Foundation Next Generation Fellow 2025-2027. The Next Generation Fellows Initiative equips exceptional young leaders to shape global governance and drive transformative change, mobilizing youth voices to deliver on the SDGs and reimagine the UN’s role in the 21st century. Selected fellows work on global advocacy, lead action groups, mentor others, and engage with UN Foundation leadership.

Compensation; opportunities to engage with UN Foundation leadership; involvement in global advocacy, workshops, and capacity-building activities; ability to shape policy and participate in high-level events.

Applicant should be aged 18-30 at the start of the fellowship. Proven experience in youth advocacy, global governance, and leadership roles. Familiarity with UN processes, SDG implementation, and multilateral frameworks. Expertise in writing, campaign execution, and policy advocacy. Multilingual proficiency (preferred: one additional UN language besides English).
