New Jersey Black Women’s Collective Leadership Institute 2025

The New Jersey Black Women’s Collective Leadership Institute 2025 is a leadership development program for mid-level managers and supervisors in New Jersey. It runs from January to June 2025 and features 16 intensive sessions led by keynote speakers and facilitators, focusing on leadership, organizational culture, and personal development. Participants will engage in sessions, networking, workshops, lectures, and panel discussions to build leadership skills and a talent pipeline for Black women leaders in New Jersey.
