18th CREEW Research Grant Program 2026/2027

The 18th CREEW Research Grant Program (CREEW-RGP) 2026/2027 provides financial support and mentorship to Master’s students in Nepal undertaking graduate thesis research in water, environment, natural resources, energy, and climate change. It aims to strengthen scientific research and evidence-based development in Nepal and requires researchers to conduct their work within Nepal. Grants include technical mentorship and opportunities to present research findings at three stages during the program period January–June 2027.

Financial support for Master’s research; technical mentorship and feedback from CREEW scientists and professionals; opportunities to present at initial, mid-term, and final research presentations.

Applicants must be Nepali citizens currently enrolled in the second year of a Master’s degree at a recognised university or college, actively developing a Master’s thesis proposal, and propose research aligned with CREEW’s thematic areas conducted in Nepal.
