Obama Foundation Leaders Asia-Pacific Program 2025-2026

The Obama Foundation Leaders Asia-Pacific Program is a six-month, hybrid leadership development program for emerging leaders from across sectors in the Asia-Pacific region. It includes 21 core sessions, coaching, and engagement with regional leaders, with participants committing 8-12 hours per month. The program is designed to develop values-based leadership and lasting change in communities across the Asia-Pacific region.

Leadership development, coaching, access to core sessions and guest speakers, and opportunities to network with regional leaders.

Open to individuals residing in eligible Asia-Pacific regions, aged 24-45 on September 1, 2025, proficient in English, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and able to participate in a U.S.-based program if required.
