Second Call for Applications for Young Researchers 2026

The call offers employment as young researchers who will undertake research and training towards obtaining a doctoral degree and participate in research and teaching activities. There are 23 full-time, fixed-term positions of up to four years, and selected candidates must be enrolled in the first or second year of a doctoral study programme in the 2026/2027 academic year. One listed research position is at the Faculty of Medicine in the field of human reproduction, focusing on biomarkers for endometriosis using transcriptomic, proteomic, clinical data and machine-learning approaches.

Full-time employment as a young researcher for up to four years; research and training toward a doctoral degree; participation in research and teaching activities.

Candidates with a completed master's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent foreign qualification are eligible. Candidates who have not yet completed their studies may apply provided they complete their studies no later than 15 September 2026. Selected candidates must be enrolled in the first or second year of a doctoral study programme in the 2026/2027 academic year. Candidates must also meet other requirements specified in the call and in individual research position descriptions, and must apply separately for admission to the doctoral study programme.
