The Academy Research Fellowship supports early-career researchers on fast career tracks to work independently and advance their competence and career towards senior research positions. The fellowship funds four-year projects aimed at producing high-quality, innovative and ambitious research and integrating researchers into the Finnish research community. Funding can cover the applicant’s salary, salary costs of a possible research team and other research costs.
