情報

The Congressional App Challenge is an annual national competition that invites middle and high school students to create and submit original software applications or data visualizations that use open government data. It connects students with Members of the U.S. House of Representatives through district-hosted competitions and showcases winning apps at the national level. The programme emphasizes inclusion of underrepresented, rural, and underserved students and aims to promote coding, computer science and civic engagement. Winners receive public recognition and their apps may be displayed in the U.S. Capitol Building for a year.
