The InteRussia Fellowship for IR Specialists 2026 is a scientific and research fellowship for foreign specialists in international relations, political science, and regional studies. The program offers immersion into Russian academia, exposure to policy-making institutions, and engagement with leading Russian IR scholars from MGIMO University over the fellowship period.

応募資格
Applicants must be non-Russian citizens living outside Russia, aged 25-39, proficient in English (C1+), able to submit a research proposal, and have no employment or current enrollment that ties them to MGIMO; a Ph.D. degree or at least 3 years of relevant academic or think-tank experience is required.
