Vuoden Tiedekynä 2026

Vuoden Tiedekynä is an annual prize awarded for a scientific publication noted for excellent use of the Finnish language. The 2026 prize will be awarded to a humanities research article published in a scientific journal or article collection in 2023–2025. The award carries a monetary prize of 25,000 euros and aims to support and raise the profile of Finnish-language scholarly writing. Publications are nominated via an online form and reviewed by a preliminary jury before a final selection.

Finnish-language research publications in the humanities published in 2023–2025 may be nominated; nominators may be authors, publishers or journal editorial boards. Nominations are submitted via an online form and may include a link to the publication or an uploaded file.
