UNDP Youth4Climate Mentorship Programme 2026

The UNDP Youth4Climate Mentorship Programme invites mid- and senior-level professionals to mentor youth-led climate innovators. Mentors provide one-to-one guidance, technical assistance, masterclasses and pathway support to help grow climate solutions. The core component is one-to-one mentorship with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per month, plus optional additional contributions.

Access to a global expert network, exchange and learning opportunities, visibility and recognition, and the chance to contribute to climate-related knowledge pieces.

Open to mid- and senior-level professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, investors, academics, and technical experts with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
