Global Feminist Pitch 2024

The Global Feminist Pitch 2024 is a competitive opportunity for young feminists from Global South countries to document feminist protest culture through a 15-minute documentary film. Five finalists will be selected to participate, with support from the Global Unit for Feminism and Gender Democracy and Deblokada Production, including workshops and expert feedback, culminating in a film omnibus to be released in 2025/2026. The program includes an honorarium, mentorship and access to online workshops and industry experts throughout its duration.

You are between 25 and 35 years old; you come from Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Middle East or (South) Eastern Europe; you have a good command of English; you are an aspiring documentary filmmaker with relevant experience and equipment; you have a feminist background and have worked on feminist issues; you are available until August 2025.
