Singapore For Women in Science National Fellowships 2025

The Singapore For Women in Science National Fellowships award three endowments to women researchers conducting doctoral research or holding a PhD in Singapore. Each endowment provides US$10,000 to support a research project in life and environmental sciences, material sciences, mathematics, computer and information sciences, engineering and technological sciences. Candidates are expected to demonstrate scientific contribution, project significance, and a willingness to advocate for Women in Science. Applications must include a research proposal and a reference letter from the Dean or head of the unit where the research will be carried out.

Open to women of all nationalities who are based in Singapore and conducting their research in Singapore; candidates must be pursuing doctoral studies or be PhD holders and must be below 40 years of age (applicants born before 1985-01-01 are ineligible). Each application must include a reference letter from the Dean or head of the unit where the candidate will realize the research work.

Submit a proposal including project summary, research plan, methodology and proposed budget breakdown; include a reference letter from the Dean/Head of the research unit.
