Bayerische EliteAkademie (BEA) – 28. Jahrgang

The Bayerische EliteAkademie (BEA) is a two-year, study-accompanying leadership and personal development programme for university students. It comprises four intensive on-site phases during semester breaks, including a two-week AuslandAkademie abroad, seminars, workshops, outdoor days, mentoring and project work. The programme focuses on leadership, responsibility, ethical reflection and interdisciplinary exchange and builds a long-term alumni network. Up to 40 students from Bavarian universities and universities of applied sciences are admitted to each cohort.

Four intensive in-person phases, a two-week AuslandAkademie abroad, seminars, workshops, outdoor days, guest sessions, a mentoring programme, and project-based practical work; membership of a long-term alumni/network.

The programme is open to students at Bavarian universities and universities of applied sciences. Up to 40 students will be selected for the two-year cohort.

Online application via the BEA portal, followed by digital introductory interviews and a selection day with foundation jurors.
