The Ireland Fellows Programme – SIDS offers a fully funded fellowship for professionals from Small Island Developing States to study for a Master’s degree in Ireland for up to 16 months. The program covers tuition, flights, visa and residence permit fees, medical and travel insurance, stipends, and accommodation, with the aim of leadership development and contributing to SDGs. Fellows are expected to return to their home country after graduation to apply their knowledge to national development priorities.

応募資格
Applicants must be nationals and residents of eligible SIDS countries, hold a Bachelor’s degree (2015 or later) with GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0, have at least three years of relevant work experience, not already hold a Master’s degree or higher, be aged roughly 23–45, demonstrate leadership potential and SDG commitment, and apply no more than once previously to the Ireland Fellows Programme.
応募方法
Submit Stage 1 application (29 June – 26 July 2026). If shortlisted, complete Stage 2 (21 September – 18 October 2026). Interviews (Nov–Dec 2026). Apply to Irish universities (Mar 2027). Fellowship awards confirmed (June/July 2027). Begin studies in Ireland (Aug/Sept 2027).
