National Social Security Fund Internship Program

Kenyan graduates are invited to apply for the National Social Security Fund Internship Program, offering one-year hands-on experience across the country. The program provides practical on-the-job training and mentorship for recent graduates and is part of the government’s youth initiative to develop talent for the Kenyan labour market.

One-year full-time internship with hands-on work experience; mentoring; exposure to real workplace settings; opportunity to strengthen CVs.

Unemployed Kenyan youth aged 20-34 years who have graduated within the last four years and hold a first degree or diploma; must provide a recommendation letter and cannot have prior internship/work experience since graduation.
