Taiwan Higher Education Scholarships 2026/2027 for Undergraduate, Masters and PhD International Students

Taiwan ICDF offers a full scholarship program for international students to study in Taiwan at undergraduate, master's, and PhD levels. The scholarship covers tuition, housing, airfare, insurance, textbooks, and a monthly allowance, for selected partner universities in Taiwan. Applicants must meet country and visa requirements and apply for admission to partner universities as part of the selection process.

Return airfare, housing, tuition and credit fees, insurance, textbook costs and a monthly allowance (amounts vary by program).

Applicants must be citizens of eligible countries and meet country-specific criteria, not be a Taiwan national or overseas compatriot student, satisfy admission requirements of the partner university, and meet visa and residency requirements; applicants must not hold another ROC Taiwan government-sponsored scholarship in the same academic year and must not have previously had a TaiwanICDF scholarship revoked.

Complete the online application on the Program Webpage and submit required documents to the ROC Taiwan Embassy/Consulate or designated office in the applicant's country; apply to one program at a time and submit separate university applications.
