Cascador ScaleUp Program 2026

The Cascador ScaleUp Program 2026 is a 12-week leadership and business development experience designed for growth-stage founders building companies with real traction. It combines in-person and virtual sessions, mentorship, peer learning, and tailored support to strengthen leadership and the business, with outcomes including sharper strategy, stronger networks, and readiness to raise capital and scale.

Travel covered, lodging and meals for in-person sessions; $5,000 stipend per founder; $50,000 in prizes; potential eligibility for Cascador Catalytic Fund; enhanced leadership and growth resources.

Open to business founders or co-founders with 2+ years in operation, based in Nigeria or a Sub-Saharan African country.

Founders begin with a preliminary application; semifinalists are notified weekly during the cycle; early applicants may receive extended time and exclusive invitations to Pitch Day.
