Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program 2026 – Window 2

The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program provides scholarships to students and young researchers from eligible developing countries to pursue graduate studies abroad. The program covers tuition, a travel allowance, medical insurance, and a monthly subsistence stipend during the study period. The 2026 window 2 is part of this ongoing scholarship initiative.

Air travel, travel allowance, tuition, medical insurance, and a living stipend.

Applicants must be nationals of World Bank member developing countries, hold a bachelor’s degree, and be employed in development-related work with at least 3 years of paid experience. They must be admitted unconditionally to at least one JJ/WBGSP participating master’s program outside their country of citizenship/residence by the deadline.
