Obama Foundation Africa Leaders Fellowship

A six-month virtual leadership development fellowship for emerging African leaders working in public service, civil society, and the private sector. The programme brings together 35 fellows for weekly live virtual sessions, individual leadership coaching, monthly peer-learning groups and networking with experts. Participants join the Obama Foundation Leaders Network and receive structured leadership and values-based training. The fellowship is delivered virtually across Africa and includes ongoing professional and personal development support.

Applicants should be citizens or permanent residents of an African country or have lived in an African country for at least the previous five years; be between 24 and 45 years of age; demonstrate professional proficiency in English; have at least three years of relevant leadership experience; be actively working to create positive change in Africa and be able to participate fully in virtual programme activities.

Apply via the Obama Foundation Leaders application portal by creating an online profile, completing the application form, uploading required supporting documents (CV, leadership experience, references if requested) and submitting before the published deadline.
