Harpswell ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit 2026

Harpswell ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit 2026 is an annual leadership development and professional networking program for a cohort of young women from ASEAN countries, Nepal and Papua New Guinea. The program runs for five months and culminates in a week-long in-person gathering to deepen learning and connections. In 2026, the summit expands to include Timor-Leste and Papua New Guinea, enriching the regional community of women leaders.

Travel, meals and accommodation for in-person components; eligibility to apply for Social Impact Grants after the Summit.

Applications are welcome from women aged 25 to 35 who are from ASEAN countries, Nepal or Papua New Guinea and demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to social change.
