AIT Scholarships

AIT Scholarships are academic scholarships for applicants to Master’s and Doctoral degree programs at the Asian Institute of Technology. The scholarships cover full or part of tuition fees for qualified students while students remain responsible for remaining tuition, registration fees and living expenses. Scholarships are awarded once before enrollment by each faculty/school selection committee and cannot be changed during the study period. Applicants do not submit a separate scholarship application but may state their request in the statement of purpose uploaded to the admission portal.

Full or partial tuition fee coverage as determined by the faculty selection committee (awarded once before enrollment).

Applicants to AIT Master’s and Doctoral degree programs meeting AIT’s English proficiency and academic requirements; all nationalities are eligible. Specific requirements: IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score of 5.0+ for Master’s and 5.5+ for Doctoral; four-year Bachelor’s degree for Master’s applicants; Master’s degree for PhD applicants with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 in Master’s and 2.75 in undergraduate from top universities.

Apply to the chosen Master’s or Doctoral program through the AIT online admission portal and include a statement of purpose (scholarship request may be uploaded as a separate file).
