Shiraka Training Programme 2026 for the MENA Region

The Shiraka Training Programme 2026 (STP) is a training initiative developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and led by The Hague Academy. It offers training courses focusing on areas such as water management, food safety, public financial management and legislation, targeting mid-career government professionals in the MENA region. Selected participants receive a scholarship covering various costs as part of the programme.

International travel, lodging, visa, insurance, and course tuition for OECD-DAC participants; lodging and tuition covered for non-OECD-DAC participants; access to training courses and site visits.

Shiraka is limited to government professionals from the listed countries; participants from OECD-DAC-listed countries may receive comprehensive funding support.
