Dutch Brain Olympiad

A national brain olympiad for secondary school students that tests knowledge of the brain through knowledge questions, anatomy and case-based diagnosis. Participants receive a study guide in English and compete in a live final; the 2026 winner may represent the Netherlands at the International Brain Bee held during the SfN annual conference. The event includes stands where young researchers present their work.

Secondary school students can participate; students of various profiles are welcome regardless of exam profile.
