A WE-Heraeus seminar on recent developments and future directions in scanning probe microscopy, covering topics from surface characterization to nanotechnology applications. The seminar is organized with scientific organizers from KAUST, University of Stuttgart and Radboud University. The conference language will be English. The Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation bears the cost of full-board accommodation for all participants.
