A Joint ICTP-WE Heraeus Conference on non-equilibrium quantum statistical physics bringing together experts in statistical physics, quantum information, cold-atom and ion-trap experiments, and tensor networks. The meeting is a satellite of STATPHYS29 and focuses on recent developments such as quantum circuits, measurement-induced phase transitions, randomized measurements of entanglement dynamics, generalized hydrodynamics, and anomalous relaxation phenomena. It is scheduled to take place at ICTP Triest.
