The Young Leaders Program is a two-year, full-time consulting fellowship offered by McKinsey & Company in Nairobi and Addis Ababa. It targets exceptional young local talent to develop leadership and problem-solving skills by working on client projects and potentially transitioning into a business analyst role after completion.
