The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) Young Professionals Programme 2026/2027

A one-year training programme by the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) designed to develop young professionals in public policy research. Participants gain on-the-job experience and are expected to produce publishable research outputs by the end of the programme. The programme places fellows in various Research Divisions and focuses on areas such as public policy processes, research methods, governance, and macroeconomic modeling.

On-the-job experience, potential to produce publishable research outputs, professional networking opportunities within KIPPRA divisions.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree; applicants must be below 35 years of age, fluent in English, and legally residing in Kenya at the time of participation. Additional requirements include strong analytical skills and computer literacy with statistical software knowledge.
