Lafarge Africa Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) 2026 for young Nigerian graduates.

The Lafarge Africa Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) 2026 is an 18-month multi-skilled vocational training program for Nigerian graduates. It covers technical disciplines including maintenance processes and cement manufacturing processes, providing tuition-free lectures, hands-on sessions, and a token allowance, culminating in an internal Lafarge certificate. The program is designed to train and equip successful candidates to be self-employed or employable in vocational areas listed, with locations in Ewekoro, Mfamosing, and Ashaka.

Open to holders of the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 5 O’Level credits including English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and one other subject.
