The Shiraka Training Programme (STP) 2025

The Shiraka Training Programme (STP) consists of two-week training courses aimed at improving public service delivery. It is open to participants from a specified set of MENA region countries and covers interactive components including theory, practical skill development, and site visits. The Dutch government covers costs for participants from OECD-DAC listed countries, including international travel, board and lodging, visa and insurance, and tuition fees for the course.

Participants must work for the government, a government body or a government-related organisation; some spots for those working at semi-public organisations are available in certain training programmes.
